How we can help
Death and Bereavement may bring many changes which are often difficult and painful. It can be helpful to talk with a counsellor who is specifically trained to support you and help you begin to talk about what has happened. Our counsellors work with individuals and couples who have experienced a bereavement at any time in their lives. We provide counselling in a variety of languages.
Each session lasts for fifty minutes and is an opportunity for our clients to explore their issues in depth, so that they can begin to heal and recover from their loss or bereavement. We will provide you with an initial assessment (either face to face or over the phone) which is an opportunity to meet with you, talk through the impact of the bereavement, what is counselling and how this can support you.
We have counselling sessions available every weekday and 4 evenings a week until 8.00.
